Transportation Options

 

  • Center Transportation: Complimentary transportation to BTSS is available Monday through Friday from 8 AM – 2 PM. Schedule rides by calling the Transportation Coordinator at (248) 723-3500.

 

  • Medical Transportation: Available for senior residents of Bloomfield Hills and Bloomfield Township through SMART funding. Riders pay a co-pay covering 45% of costs.
    Service Hours: Monday – Friday from 8 AM – 4 PM

  • Meals on Wheels: Provides home-delivered meals to Bloomfield Township residents aged 62+. Meals cost $5.60 each and are delivered Monday through Friday between 10:30 AM – 12 PM.

 

  • Nutritional Supplements: BTSS provides Ensure Plus® monthly at a reduced rate for those with a physician’s order. 

 

  • On-the-Go Meals: Frozen entrees are available for purchase in bulk (3 or 5 meals). Meals cost $5.35 each and can be picked up or delivered on Monday mornings. Call to order at least one week in advance.
